With a background in metal fabrication and engineering, Leon has worked on a wide range of major projects across Western Australia. He brought a strong foundation of hands-on trade experience when he acquired the business in 2018. Since then, he has grown the company from an independent start-up into a well-established building site labour provider and specialist in residential and commercial strip-out and concrete cutting services.
In 2024, the business underwent a rebrand to reflect the growth and expansion of its services. Leon’s leadership is founded on his faith, which drives his unwavering commitment to integrity — a standard he expects from his team and credits as the backbone of the company’s success.
Passionate about both business and people development, Leon continually seeks ways to enhance the services offered and strengthen his team’s skills, ensuring the business continues to grow and deliver exceptional results.
With a degree in Civil Engineering and a strong background in construction project management, Timon Eggert combines technical precision with practical experience to deliver outstanding results for WA Residential and Commercial Site Services (WARCSS).
Originally from Europe, Timon has worked across a range of civil and structural projects before bringing his expertise to Australia. At WARCSS, he plays a key role in managing operations, coordinating teams, and overseeing projects from planning through to completion.
Timon’s engineering knowledge enables him to approach every job — from residential demolitions to large-scale site works — with structure, safety, and efficiency. His leadership ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Rod brings a strong foundation of hands-on trade experience, with a background in metal fabrication and previous experience running his own tree-lopping business. Since joining the team in 2018, he has been instrumental in setting high standards, demonstrating an uncompromising commitment to getting the job done.
Specialising in complex concrete, wall cuts and lintel installation, Rod consistently meets client expectations while motivating the team to perform at their best. His skill, reliability, and dedication make him a key member of the company.
Hannah is a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the business through effective office management and coordination. She brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach to every task, ensuring projects run efficiently and communications are clear.
